To solve all these problems, I thought these solutions:
1.- Build designated areas for parking in different areas of the city.
2.-That private parking was management public.
3.- That the private parking was more cheaper or free some days of the week even.
With build designated areas for parking, the private parking was management public or this was more cheaper, the parking in Ceuta will more easy.

Hi!Deborah, I think that you're right. The parking is a very common problem in this city. There aren't parking and if there are any parking is in a private parking and it isn't free. More free parking! and less paying parking!
